Fraser Room with spectacular views of the marina and Hervey Bay. As the doors
open at 6:00pm, you will be greeted with an enchanting atmosphere featuring a
black, silver, and white colour theme.

The highlight of the evening will be the exquisite selection of Australian Wines, expertly paired with each course, and
presented by the knowledgeable Brett Mitchell from R.O. Wines. You'll have the
opportunity to savour the flavours and nuances of these exceptional wines while
learning about their origins and production.

To enhance the ambiance, live entertainment will be provided by the talented Derek Smith. Derek will captivate you with his talented
musical performance, ensuring a delightful evening of music and merriment.

Prepare your taste buds for a culinary journey with the sumptuous 6-course menu
carefully crafted for this event. Each course will be thoughtfully designed to
complement the exquisite Selection of Australian Wines and will showcase the
culinary expertise of our talented chefs.

Please note: This is a ticketed event, and table allocations will be made at the time
of purchase. The event has a maximum capacity of 80 seated guests, with tables
accommodating 8 people each. To secure your place, tickets can be purchased
through the reception starting from Thursday, June 1st. As you make your ticket
