Celebrity Queensland chef Matt Golinski will be our guest chef for this very special dinner event, hosted in our scenic Fraser Room.

Enjoy a bespoke, 3 course dinner designed and prepared (assisted by our amazing chefs) by Matt himself just for this event. 

Diners will enjoy stunning marina views in our scenic Fraser Room - overlooking the Sandy Strait out to K'gari (Fraser Island) - with live background music performed by renowned local musician Derek Smith.
